Tastes notes: Exotic note of rose apple lead the cup with a gentle lychee sweetness, elevated by jasmine notes. Honey and jasmine in the aroma and linger through the finish. As the coffee cools down white peach appears along with honey-dew melon.

Story: Los Cenizos Estate is family owned and operated located in the Cerro Punta highlands. The farm is located in a volcanic soil canyon surrounded by exotic flora and fauna. Its coffee plantations have a unique microclimate for different reasons: they are surrounded by various water sources and partially covered by the shade of ash trees that are over 100 years old.

Due to these reasons and due to its geography (1900 masl), coffee trees can preserve their precious integrity and produce excellent coffee cherries. Due to the height of the farm, the ripening season extends a little more and this contributes to the development of all the attributes that make Geisha coffee excellent.
